We only collect data from our Android app if you use the include my printer form. In this case we collect:
Email address, printer company and printer model.
From our website we collect data if you create an account and we also have a visitors counter which reads the remote ip in order to determine if is or not a page refresh. This information is intended for providing you service, and it is stored into a database. You can always delete your data. Once your profile is deleted, all related data is deleted too.
We don’t collect any information about your location in the app. Location permission may be requested when using Bluetooth Smart (low energy), but this is an Android Operating System related permission, our app does not use, collects or read your location for any purpose. In the website, we collect the ipaddress and the origin of the request in order to determine the number of unique visits we have a day. No personal data is attached to this information.
