We collect personal information of the Android app from the users in the next circumstances:
· The name and the email if you create an account, also you can voluntarily provide any not mandatory and extra information such as address and phone number (The purpose of the accounts is to make the app and the web an unique platform with further services).
· The email address is received when a license is purchased or subscribed, this is intented in order to respond to possible claims.
· Using the include my printer form, the support form, of the improvement proposal form: In this cases we receive: Email address, printer company and printer model. This information has the only purpose to provide you support and give you feedback with your requirements.
· We collect general usage (formularies and buttons) of the Android app in order to determine which functions of the app are being used and this information can include the active license(s), model and country of the device, printer model and label external characteristics (external size in milimeters and gap type). This information is anonymous and can only be attached with the email address. Since this is an app installed directly from the customers we need to know which functions are used and good for you and and which not in order to adapt the app to your requirements. No other data neither personal data is attached to this information and is not being transfered to third parties.
From our website we collect data if you create an account and we also have a visitors counter which reads the remote ip in order to determine if is or not a page refresh. This information is intended for providing you service, and it is stored into a database. You can always delete your data. Once your profile is deleted, all related data is deleted too.
We don’t use the Location feature in the app to determine your position. Location permission may be requested when using Bluetooth Smart (low energy), but this is an Android Operating System related permission, our app does not use, collects or read your exact location for any purpose. However the country of the customer can be included in the anonymous usage of the app. In the website, we collect the ipaddress and the origin of the request in order to determine the number of unique visits we have a day. No personal data is attached to this information.
We use the information provided on point 2 to perform our own analytics and to enable analytics provided by third parties. We use analytical information for supporting business analysis and operations, business intelligence, product development, improving products and services, personalizing content, providing advertising, and making recommendations.
